Room Temperature Quantum Data Storage

Objective: Developing a Diamond NV Center Based Quantum Storage System.
Feature: Spin Hall STO array for direct addressing of the memory system.

NV center in diamond crystal provides a spin state in a microwave regime and of relatively long lifetime. The spin state can also be entangled with photons as well as coherent microwaves. We plan to build spin Hall based spin torque oscillator arrays to provide local addressing to the NV centers for developing addressable quantum memory array.
