Publication Information

Presenters of invited and contributed talks at TMRC 2021 are strongly encouraged to submit a paper for consideration for publication in IEEE Transactions on Magnetics. The suggested length of contributed papers is five journal pages. Invited papers should be about seven journal pages and should not exceed fifteen journal pages. Accepted papers will be published in a special issue of IEEE Transactions on Magnetics in early 2022 and will be classified as regular papers.

Participation at the conference does not guarantee that a paper will be accepted for publication. All papers will be evaluated by two independent peer reviewers to determine suitability for publication.

All papers must be submitted for review and final submission online through the IEEE Transactions on Magnetics (Conferences) site. The site will be open for submissions on July 1st, 2021 and will close on August 2, 2021. The link to the paper submission site can be found here.

To submit your paper, first log in to the Manuscript Central website and select "Author" from the menu bar. Next, select "Start New Submission" from the side menu. On Step 1 of the submission process be sure to select "TMRC 2021" as the manuscript type, then complete the remainder of the submission process. TMRC 2021 publication policy

All manuscripts will go through a thorough and objective peer review by domain experts who are familiar with the subjects. The manuscripts are selected for their scientific merit and will be published as regular research papers in a special issue of IEEE Transactions on Magnetics entitled “Special Issue on Solid State Magnetic Memory and Recording Technologies”.

Digest and presentation publication on IEEE Xplore

Authors who present their work at TMRC 2021 will also have the opportunity to publish their two page digests in IEEE Magnetics Society Conference Proceedings on IEEE Xplore. If you agree to publish your TMRC digest, you will also have the additional option of publishing your TMRC video presentation linked to your digest. Instructions on how to do this will be sent to all authors after the conference.

Please submit 2-page Digests by email directly to the Program Co-chairs (see email address below) and with the subject : “TMRC 2021 – Digest”.
