In-Memory Computing for RRAM Array

Objective: Developing schemes to perform in-memory computation in an RRAM array.
Feature: Work including circuit construction and system performance evaluation.

With system performance evaluation tool, this research starts with novel circuit construction of RRAM memory array for in-memory computing purpose. The goal is to develop low power and high speed in-memory computing operations with novel circuits constructed.
