Composite NFT Material Development

Objective: Identify Au-composite NFT material for optical property & thermal stability
Feature: Au particles in a material matrix w/ optical and annealing analysis

Embedding Au particles in the matrix of a material of interest, optical/plasmonic characteristic of the composite can be studied. Their structure stability over annealing at elevated temperature can be analyzed. The study will search materials of interest to identify possible suited composite.
