Bio
Bo-Yuan Yang received his B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2014 and 2016 respectively. He started his PhD program at CMU in the Spring of 2019. He has previously worked on the growth mechanism of FePt-C thin film and manipulation of exchange bias by Spin-orbital torque (SOT). He is currently interested in intelligent electromagnetic MTJ sensors.
