Survey of Present Nonvolatile Memory Technologies

Objective: Establish comparative understanding of current NVM technologies.
Feature: Span across device, circuits, systems, applications, and markets.

Nonvolatile memory technologies spans from FLASH SSD, to MRAM, to RRAM, to 3D x-point SSD. This study aims at obtaining a comparative understanding of all these NVM technologies, not just from device physics point of view, but also their system performance, targeted applications, present commercial success as well as future perspectives.
