Resonant Optical Coupling of NFT

Objective: Study resonant coupling for enhancing NFT efficiency
Feature: Combined comsol modeling and experimental fabrication

In this study, ring oscillator is coupled to a NFT. The coupling is phase sensitive due to coupling coherence. Exploring resonant coupling can lead to more efficient optical-plasmonic-NFT design to potentially reduce NFT heating.
