Shuttle service will be provided to and from these hotels.

Weather and Attractions

The temperature in September is usually 13–24°C (56–76°F).

The neighborhoods next door to Carnegie Mellon University are a wonderful potpourri of shops, restaurants and entertainment that is as ethnically diverse as any major university.

• The University of Pittsburgh and a cultural district with world-renowned museums are a short stroll to the west.
• A 456-acre park, the third-largest city park in the eastern U.S., borders campus on the south.
• About three miles west of campus is the city's downtown, where Pittsburgh's three rivers meet and the city's three major sports teams meet their rivals.
• Just an hour's drive in any direction will lead to the beauty of Pennsylvania's countryside.
